Request for Quotation

Basic Information

  • How to request for quotation?

    • Two Methods to Request for Quotation: RFQ or Sending Message.

    • You can submit your request without registration. The only information we need: your name, email, country, and the products you need.

    • Registered user can view all RFQ history after logging in.

BOM, as Known as Bill of Materials

  • How to add product into RFQ?

    • You may add the product by clicking the button "Add to RFQ" in Product Page, including the quantity and target price.

    • You may add the product by clicking the button "Add to RFQ" in Product List (the result of searching, manufacturer product list, or category product list), including the quantity only.

    • You may add the product by filling the form below the searching result.

    • You may add products by filling product list in the BOM.

    • You can view, update, or remove Products in the BOM, Product Page, or Product List.

    • You can edit the quantity or target price of the products in the BOM, Product Page, or Product List.

  • How long are the products keeping in BOM?

    • The BOM requires Cookie and JavaScript enabled by Browser.

    • The BOM will be cleared if you closed entire browser.

    • The BOM will be cleared after submitting a quotation request through the BOM.

    • You can remove products in the RFQ manually.

  • How to submit a quotation request through the RFQ?

    • Make sure there is one or more items in the RFQ; otherwise, an error message will show up.

    • Click the button "Continue to Fill in Contact Information" to continue.

    • Login your account or fill in the contact information directly, then click the button "Continue to Review the RFQ Form" to continue.

    • Review all information and double check they are correct before clicking the button "Submit the Request for Quotation" to send a quotation request.

    • After submitting the request for quotation, you will get a RFQ# for identifying and tracking your RFQ. Also, you will receive an email contains the information you submitted.

    • Usually, our team will contact you within 48 hours, usually within 24 hours.

Search Bar

  • How to search product by part number?

    • You can find the search bar at the top of each page.

    • The search engineer will only do matching the leading characters of part number.

    • If the product did not exist in our database, you may fill in the Non-Found Product form to add product into BOM. We do our best to seek it from our supply chain network without any extra charge.

User Account

  • How to create a account?

    • First, click the link "Account" at the top bar; Second, click the button "Not a member" to enter the registration page; Then, fill in all required information and submit.

    • You will receive a notification e-mail after registration.

  • What is the RFQ List?

    • Registered user can view all RFQ history in the Account Home.

  • What is the Contact List?

    • Registered user can select Contact from the list when submitting RFQ. It saves the user's time. The user can manage the Contact List in the Account Home.

  • How to update the account information?

    • Register user can update the email, password, security question and answer.

    • They can be update by using the buttons at the left side panel.

  • What can I do if I forgot my password?

    • Click the link of "Forgot Your Password?" in the Login/Register Page, then follow the instruction to reset your password.

    • Or, you may contact our Customer Service to reset your password.

Tracking Service

  • How to view my RFQ?

    • Click the link of "Tracking Service" from the menu bar "Services" or at the footer to enter the page for tracking.

    • Enter your RFQ# and email, then click the button at the right end to retrieve your RFQ information.

  • How to tracking my package status?

    • Click the link of "Tracking Service" from the menu bar "Services" or at the footer to enter the page for tracking.

    • Enter your package Tracking# and select the correct carrier, then click the button at the right end to retrieve the package tracking information. The package tracking service is provided by 17tracking.

    • Or, go to the carrier's official website and follow its instruction to tracking your package.

Message Form

  • How to send us a message in our website?

    • Click the link of "Message Form" from the menu bar "Services" or at the footer to enter the page for messaging.

    • Before submitting message, please fill in all necessary information along with proper department.

    • After submitting message, you will get a message# for identify your message.

Ordering

  • How to place order?

    • Our team will contact you with our pricing first. If you reply with acceptance, our agent will assist you to process your order.

    • Once the order is ready, we will send you a notification with the package tracking number.

  • Can I request a quote for non-stocked/non-found products?

    • Yes, you can request a quote for whatever kind of products: stocked, non-stocked, or non-found in our database.

    • We can get the non-found products (in our database) from other distributors since we have a large and stable supply network. However, we cannot grantee the product availability.
